OLD MAN VIII

My burdens become heavier
static of mind, anomalies
more frequent and intense
renormalization formulas
longer, come complex
accumulation of errors
difficult to rationalize.
What mistake in judgment
will snag me next, buck me off?
Why can’t I adapt to the “Briar Patch”?
I am too long for this life
I need my Savior to lend a hand.
