An intense fall of water arrests
my mind, rain so constant it
echoes a troubled voice  of
the sea, thunder haunting
its cry smothered in the roar
dark  melody, sounds as night
encloses, dissipating intensity
its flood now falls in drops
like winter thaw, in the tropics.
