Through how many layers
of fictive lives must I dig
lamina of overlaid adjustments
unstable planes, shared perspective
stupid or brilliant, changing always
the scene, relations, shapes
of thought, paradox of puzzles
arguments in shadows of squares
corners folding yet another
struggle to be, to understand simply
why life rushes in, filling another void
vivid feelings in a slice of hollowness.
