TROUBADOUR

What songs he sings, words
to make the world anew
golden ornaments, tinsel in
green boughs, wind then
loud thunder slams the door
lightning spikes new points
of view, shakes the floor
revolution strums for change
all hum the rhythm
as the rain begins to pour.
