A flash of tin dazzled
sun caught transition
into summer time
tail of northern winter
stirs fresh lacing
warm air, rain clouds
dissipate, park sitting
long quiet afternoons.

Are transient things
change in weather
age snowing on temples
leaves drained of green
falling to the ground
crimson gold anointing?
