Starting over again, never finishing love
in wrinkles and menthol rub, eternal
beginnings in budding bowers, new
blossoms hope of youthful power
driving the fuse, igniting a virile nation
sands of stars certify to witness another
blazoned day, its maiden voyage launched
from a seething shore, penetrating surf
over outer reefs, to lift sail on ebbing swells
to open sea, listing at last in wind's blue billow.
