To increase distance of sight and shift
spread the horizontal line, roll the balls
to test incline, curve of time lingers
as the sun delays its setting, tempers
its fall, to curb approach, holding light
a little longer, extending shadows
as pause restrains the image, brief phase
that captures reflection, displaces drift
of change, to stretch reach and amplify
the range of each ample, plentiful vision.
