Sitting on the Nobile lip, crimson
throne looking out, ermine edge
smudged rouge, much depends
on open distance wide, flattened
corners, hills shaped into one sea
behind, filling crevices, disguising
fissures, a meeting place of past
present, a wall of people walking
bodies will separate, hybrid blooms
developed by Jiro Yamamoto Japan
to Hawaii, Keikis nitrogen suffered
long cane profusion burst at nodes
surprise tones, seen from this vantage
point, Pacific vastness, islands in set
coral reefs, wreaths of garland flowers.
