Love first realized in the eyes
lives not enclosed in walls
but runs swiftly with the wind
shaking trees, lifting white
spindrift spuming, then holding
every fiber tight, dancing
through the mind, its destiny
from uttered words, not
distinguished, free existing
by mere necessity, of its nature
distant as, from head to heart
anxious to regain that sight.
